FAQ

Are 1A/2A/3A levels determined by the age of the seniors?

No. Age, bone density, and care risk are only used as references for project partitioning and cannot modify the product grade.

Can only one level be selected for an entire house?

It can be partitioned. 1A can be used for bathrooms, 2A for bedsides, and 3A for public walkways or composite fall-cushion systems. A combination based on area risk is more common.
